Gayle Boutilier
Education Coordinator ~ Halifax, Nova Scotia
I am a proud and busy mother of 3. My youngest, Hannah, competed at the 2006 WCOPA and will be returning again for the 2007 WCOPA. I am still in the learning process of the entertainment industry and loving every minute of it. This is quite different from my career that I have had for the past 17 years, where I have been an insurance broker. When my youngest daughter was born I thought that she was going to be such a "tom boy" with 2 older brothers, but she is such a "true little girl" and has always loved to perform for people from a young age. I have been very fortunate that I could raise my children where I grew up, on beautiful Cape Breton Island in Nova Scotia. My days include hockey games, guitar lessons and figure skating lessons.

Sandy Whitmore
Education Coordinator ~ Cleveland, OH, Lansing MI
I’m the mother of eight children. The youngest, Jaki, medaled in three categories, in the 2006 W.C.O.P.A. competition. She has since been approached by Gemstone Talent for possible signing. We are returning to California for the 2007 W.C.O.P.A. competition and Jaki is confident in taking GOLD.
I was Assistant Education Director for Nova Model and Talent Scouts in Cleveland, Ohio for 2006-2007.
The past four years has found me as the “backstage mom” in numerous shows and theatres in Ohio. My jobs have included usher, make-up, hair, costumes, quick changes, lights and puppet mastery.
I retired in 2003 from Delphi, where I worked 32 years in various jobs. I was a methods lab technician, who trained operators and set up conveyor lines in Warren, Ohio and Chihuahua, Mexico. I was also a mold technician for the Cortland, Ohio plant. Fortune 500 chose this plant as one of the top 10 businesses in the world for 2002. I was filmed by them as one of the operators. These clips are still being used by local TV stations for Delphi.
Under the direction of Seh Reese, I was part of a women’s Hebrew dance worship team. We performed in several churches in Trumbull County during the years of 1998-2001.
The year I graduated from high school, I was on Homecoming court and was also runner-up for Miss Shenango Valley.
Looking back on my life I realize how much I’ve been blessed. One of my greatest fulfillments in life has been in supporting my daughter in her gifting in the arts.
