For over 10 years, Tracy instructed actors and models for one of the largest modeling schools in the world. As an instructor, she has had multiple opportunities to help students fulfill their dreams. She draws upon her personal experiences as a specialty commercial and editorial model to assist her students in achieving their career goals. Her commitment to the talent industry led her to opening and operating Nu Image Hair Salon in New Orleans and also creating a wholesale ready to wear clothing line. In addition to operating her own companies, she is the Director of Marketing for Lrecordz, a major record label in Califonia.

Jennifer Rudolph - Mitchell/Rudolph Casting
Jennifer Rudolph from Mitchell/Rudolph Casting is one of New York Cities busiest television casting directors. Jennifer's recent television casting credits include the NY casting for the F/X Emmy Award winning drama, The Shield, the pilot, Dante's Cove, and the NY casting for the Disney pilots, The Suite Life and Triple-Play. She recently just completed a massive search for the Disney Channel with Julie Ashton. Her recent feature film credits include: the NY casting for Miss Congenitality 2 starring Sandra Bullock, After the Sunset starring Pierce Brosnan and Salma Hayek, The Sisterhood and Witches of the Caribbean for Regent Entertainment and the short film, Isabel. She is currently helping cast the feature film Knights of Impossingworth Park and The Libarian (a 2 hour movie for TNT). Erik DeSando - Identity Talent Agency
Erik DeSando graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree. He started in the entertainment business as a casting director from 1991-1997. Projects he worked on include Bio-Dome with Pauly Shore and Steve Baldwin, Leprachaun II, Tender Loving Care with William Hurt, and the Television Pilot, Heavenly Road which was shot in Maui, Hawaii. Erik also cast 100’s of commercials, music videos, infomercials, and industrials and at one time was considered one of Los Angeles busiest casting directors.
In 1998 Erik opened The Identity Talent Agency, a full service State Licensed Agency representing actors and models theatrically, commercially, hosting/broadcasting, celebrity promotions & appearances, print and product branding & marketing. Michael Schwandt - Dance Choreographer/Talent Scout
Michael Schwandt is one of the most dynamic visionaries for choreography and movement in Los Angeles. His extensive body of work can be seen across the board in commercials, corporate industrials, television, award shows, special events and various recording artist projects, while crossing all genres of dance. As Creative Director on many projects, Michael contributes to the overall look of a project influencing style, costume, lighting and set design as well as musical arrangement. He has worked conceptually on a number of projects due to an unparalleled, out of the box, grandiose approach to large-scale productions. Michael continues to give back to the dance community by nurturing and educating aspiring dancers through guest master classes all over the world. He was on faculty at the world-renown EDGE Performing Arts Center in Hollywood for three years and is currently on faculty with the legendary Hoctors Dance Convention & Tour where he is able to connect with young dancers across the United States and speak to them about realistic expectations in professional dance.

He recently choreographed the Music Video Production Awards, LeAnn Rimes performance at the Liberty Bowl, UK rock band Liars new video "Theres Always Room," live industrials for PUMA, Bravo!, Jafra Cosmetics, Bally's and he has commercials currently airing for Palm Treo, Land Rover and Mitsubishi. Look for Michael's choreography this year at the famed Kodak Theatre in the rock-opera concert "Popera," in Cyndi Lauper and Kristine W's special appearance at Wrigley Field, on Norwegian Cruise Lines' ship "The Pearl" and at the Caesar's Palace Nassau Resort & Casino (Bahamas) with the new live spectacular "Jambalaya."

Janelle Dote - Dance Choreographer/Talent Scout
Janelle Dote is considered one of Hollywood’s most talented triple threats. Some of her credits include, but are certainly not limited to, Memoirs of a Geisha, Everybody Hates Chris, The Young and the Restless, The Search for the Next Pussycat Doll, Nike Asia, Miss Saigon, Sunset Blvd, and Paint Your Wagon.
You can also find Janelle in countless print ads, TV commercials, music videos, and fitness videos as well as performs in theatrical, and live stage shows. Janelle performs worldwide and most recently returned from London, where she danced a solo at the Royal Albert Hall. She is currently the lead singer of an all female Japanese pop group called The Bambis. The Bambis are signed with the renowned music producer Hiro Hideyoshi and are working on their first album for release. She is a core member of LA's FUSION entertainment and is one of the most sought after dancers and choreographers worldwide.
